Manage a subscription
Open iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions. You can also use Manage subscription inside CatchTime Settings while Pro is active — it opens the in-app Customer Center.

Include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, the CatchTime version from Settings · About, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots welcome.
Open iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions. You can also use Manage subscription inside CatchTime Settings while Pro is active — it opens the in-app Customer Center.
Open CatchTime Settings and tap Restore purchases while signed in with the Apple ID used for the original purchase. Lifetime and annual both restore the same way.
Open CatchTime Settings and use Delete local data. This removes spots, logs, notes, forecast cache, and settings on this device. Your Apple ID purchase history is untouched.
Tides appear only when a supported NOAA tide station is within ~80 km of the spot. Inland lakes and non-U.S. coastal regions hide the tide panel — this is expected, not a bug.
WeatherKit occasionally returns nothing, typically on first launch or in spotty signal. CatchTime will fall back to the last known snapshot and retry when the app reopens.
